Outraged!

This really belongs on Lady Sophia but it deserves as much publicity as it can get. I've just read an article on www.thefword.org.uk about someone called Dr Dix Poppas who is surgically reducing the clitorises of small girls because he deems them too big. The reason? in order for the girls to 'undergo a more natural psychological and sexual development'.
