Democracy

Keith writing at http://zenmischief.blogspot.com/ has made some thoughtful comments about democracy and how much other nations - including us - have struggled with it over the years. Magna Carta took a long time to come into its element. It is interesting this important document has hit the headlines recently. Perhaps democracy is about to become the issue of the day.

Is Pakistan just the start of a new wave of violence across the world? Or will people see sense and make this the point at which things change for the better?
